How You’ll Make a Difference -

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be a part of the daily maintenance of our Warehouse, Milling and Pasta operations. Listed below are some of your potential duties:

• Be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Replacing worn parts and performing emergency repairs on equipment.
• Ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely by adhering to established maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Required to have proficiency with various hand and power tools to diagnose and fix issues across diverse mechanical systems.
• Perform basic cleaning skills as assigned.
• Complete greasings and cleanings, change filters on all essential equipment.
• Clean/organize maintenance areas including the yard and the bone yard.
• Learn and complete all tasks assigned by Supervisor.
• Uphold a quality conscious and food safe culture.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Hiring Requirements:

Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug test to be considered for hire.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
